Our pieces are made in limited quantities. Care and focus is put into every design and every cut. To ensure a viable business practice and support the team that help make it happen, we operate a strict return policy.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be requested through our return portal prior to dispatching your return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed with all affixed tags, and in its original packaging.
- Returns received outside the 7-day return window post-approval will not be accepted.
We do not issue cash refunds except where legally required. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit valid for 6 months.
